Common questions
Who is the Refresh for?
Working actors who already have a headshot library and just need an updated frame — new haircut, new look, weight change, or just current age on file. If this is your first professional headshot, book the Essential or Signature package instead.
Why only one look?
The Refresh is built for speed and price. One ninety-minute window, one wardrobe change in studio, one polished image set delivered. If you want multiple looks, the Signature is the move.
What should I wear?
Bring two or three of your strongest shirts — solid colors, no busy patterns, nothing brand new. We'll pick the one camera loves and shoot the look you came for. Detailed wardrobe notes go out with your confirmation email.
Is hair and makeup included?
Not at this price. Refresh sessions assume you arrive camera ready. If you want HMU on set, book the Essential ($995) or Signature ($1,495) package instead — both include it.
What if I need to reschedule?
Move your slot any time up to 48 hours before your session through the link in your confirmation email. Inside 48 hours, the slot is locked — same as a typical agent appointment.
What if June 27 doesn't work?
The next Refresh Day is Saturday, July 18. If neither date fits, get on the list at the bottom of the contact page — you'll be the first to know when new dates open.
